DESCRIPTION:Suntitle is an experimental distributed system for coordinating
real-time audiovisual processing across multiple computers. In this talk\
, we will describe its architecture and discuss how independent agents for
m processing pipelines for tasks such as audio capture\, speech recognitio
n\, translation\, and display. We will also share some of the challenges o
f managing live media flows in distributed environments. A practical demo
will show Suntitle generating and translating subtitles in real time\, ill
ustrating how the same approach could be applied to presentations and thea
 trical performances.
